Currently there’s no limit on the total amount of money you can send from your account. You can send up to 60,000.00 USD, but may be limited to 10,000.00 USD, in a single transaction. (This amount can vary, though, depending on your currency.)

You can send the payments (10,000 USD or 5,000 USD) without any issue, Zig.

You can just wait for the first transaction to complete before initiating the other one. It hardly takes 2 minutes for it to complete.
