TO EXPORT TO PDF, FIRST GO TO 

FILE > Printer Setup...

And choose Microsoft Print to PDF

even if it's already showing, click the pulldown and choose it anyway.

Hit OK.

Now you can hit ctrl + P. Click the Export button to export it as a .pdf.
