Tiger Port mortem notes: Things that held us up the most was actually the client not sticking to approvals. We were changing creative on the day, or in fact, days after the original due dates. Other things that held us up were: • Redoing someone else's work - no blame here, they just weren't familiar with the templates • Client not having approved multiple versions of the title treatment - we spent quite a few hours on trying to figure out how a vertical title treatment could get approved • Not understanding everyone's skillsets. The videos were basically butchered and that slowed us down. Again, redoing someone else's work. • Wheel spinning • Keyart bleeds are often cut off way before we need them. I'm often having to Photoshop quite a bit to extend keyart for longer/more unique unit sizes and this takes time. • Adobe program crashes - this is on my end. I have spent this week troubleshooting and have narrowed this down to my video card setup. I am running duals and I think the Adobe suite would run more smoothly with a single NVidia card such as a 3090x. Speaking of - is there any sort of reimbursement protocol for equipment? (Not sure who to ask this to.)
