Follow the instructions in the same order:-

1. Double click the "license.reg" and click "Yes", then "Ok".

2. Put the contents of the Crk folder in "max root" folder Overwriting any files when asked.

3. Launch 3DsMax, when you see the popup window of a "name and password", use the infos provided in "Password.txt"  

4. Have fun :)
